Data update: Rogers AR PD (June 2026)

Additional network audit logs from Rogers, Arkansas PD were added, picking up from the March 2026 import and extending through late April 2026. Rogers is a city of roughly 70,000 in Benton County in northwest Arkansas — the population center of the Fayetteville–Springdale metro area.

Plate lookups (lookup) dominate at 84.7%, a much higher share than the Nov–Feb batch, which included a larger search component. All 2,494 apiV1 records come from a single agency: Pinellas County FL SO. Convoy searches are led by Houston TX PD (2,663 of 5,602).

Freeform AI searches (51 records) came primarily from Springdale AR PD and Cabot AR PD. Sample prompts: “a blue chevy pickup that has a bed cover has aftermarket wheels and has chrome side steps” and “white suv bike” (searched six times by Cabot AR PD in quick succession). Several Springdale AR PD freeform entries were redacted in the production.

Houston TX PD and Dallas TX PD together account for 13% of all searches. California Highway Patrol (98,074) is the third-highest volume agency — searching an Arkansas network from 1,700 miles away.

Network search volume dropped sharply on March 25, 2026, from roughly 20,000–30,000 searches per day to approximately 3,000–4,000 per day — a reduction of roughly 85%. The number of distinct organizations accessing the network each week fell from about 2,350 to roughly 550. The production files reflect this directly: the first two monthly files (Jan 20 – Mar 20) each contain about 800,000 records; the Mar 25 – Apr 24 file, covering the same 30-day window, contains only 93,916.

1,433 records match immigration-related terms. Crowley TX PD leads with 301 records, the majority tagged “Pornography/Obscene Material, Immigration (civil/administrative) -” — the same pairing noted in the prior batch. Marshall County AL SO follows with 117 records, Richland County SC SO with 73, and Miami-Dade FL SO with 70. Somerton AZ PD and La Paz County AZ SO together account for 60 records tagged “Immigration (criminal)” and “Immigration (criminal) - I.C.E.”
