Liberty is the county seat of Clay County, Missouri. About 30,200 people lived there at the 2020 census. We loaded two sets of Flock audit records from the Liberty Police Department. The org audit lists searches run by Liberty Flock users. The network audit lists searches by any agency that reached Liberty’s cameras. Both come as one file per month, December 2025 through August 2026. The August files end on August 10. All times below are Central time.
#Org audit metrics

The agency did not redact the org audit. It shows operator names, plates, case numbers, and filters. The org name on all records is Liberty MO PD. The 882 records with a blank plate are the 882 search entries.
The median search covered 1 network and the median lookup covered 12. The share of wide searches rose in June. From December through May, 6 to 31 org searches a month covered 100 networks or more. In June, 132 of 349 did. The widest org search covered 6,197 networks.
The org audit has no records from 1:31 p.m. on December 27, 2025 to 10:16 p.m. on January 7, 2026. The network audit shows no Liberty MO PD searches in that window either.
#Network audit metrics
- Type: Network audit
- Timespan: Dec 1, 2025 – Aug 10, 2026 (253 days; the last day of each month from December through July not covered)
- Records: 7,131,712
- Organizations (network): 4,000
- Search types: lookup (4,983,009), lookup - Mobile (1,290,854), search (634,361), search - Mobile (204,909), convoy (14,645), and eight other types with 3,934 records combined
- Operator name: redacted on 7,131,712 records
- License plate: redacted on 6,289,096 records; blank on 842,616
- Case #: redacted on 3,087,585 records; blank on 4,044,127
- Filters: redacted on 2,889,157 records; blank on 4,242,555
- Reason: blank on 2,049 records
The network audit uses *** for redacted values. The median network search covered 2,691 networks. 91.7% covered 1,000 networks or more.
Liberty MO PD ran 2,073 of the network searches. All 2,073 IDs also appear in the org audit, and the unredacted fields match. The other 101 org records do not appear in the network audit. 88 of those 101 covered one network.
The bars show network audit searches per week. The line shows org audit searches per week. Weeks start on Monday. The chart runs from the week of December 1, 2025 to the week of August 3, 2026. It leaves out August 10, the last day in the files. Eight weeks each lack one day because the files skip the last day of the month: the weeks of December 29, January 26, February 23, March 30, April 27, May 25, June 29, and July 27. Those bars run low for that reason. The chart counts each repeated row once.

#Anomalies
#Missing days
The files do not cover the last day of each month from December through July. From December through February, each gap runs from midnight to midnight: December 31, January 31, and February 28. From March on, each gap runs from 1 a.m. on the last day of the month to 1 a.m. on the first of the next. Neither audit has records in these gaps. The August files end at 1:53 p.m. on August 10.
#Repeated rows
58 network record IDs appear twice in the same monthly file. Both copies match on every field. The April file holds 53 of them, December holds 3, and March and June hold 1 each. The record count above includes both copies.
