The “Unique Operators” figure on an agency’s Insights tab now splits into two parts: real user names and UUID placeholders.
Some agencies report operator identities as opaque UUIDs instead of names (see the “Audit Logs” about page for the formats we see). Counting each distinct UUID as its own user inflated the operator figure and made agencies hard to compare. The card now shows the breakdown directly, so you can tell how many named operators an agency exposes.
Operator matching is now case-insensitive. “John Smith” and “john smith” count as one operator, not two. This brings the insights count in line with how the rest of the site normalizes names.
The statistics page reports a different figure — users active in the last six months — so the two numbers are not meant to match.
