#Tifton GA PD

Tifton GA PD serves Tifton — a ~17,000-resident agricultural hub in south-central Georgia, seat of Tift County along the US-82 and I-75 corridors. The city is known for peanut and tobacco farming and sits roughly halfway between Atlanta and the Florida state line.

#Organization audit

  • Type: Organization audit
  • Timespan: Jan 2, 2023 – May 11, 2026 (~40 months)
  • Records: 12,866 (41 monthly files)
  • Search types: search (36.2%), lookup-Mobile (32.6%), lookup (24.5%), search-Mobile (6.6%), visual (0.1%)

All officer names in the data are blank or redacted throughout the three-plus-year span.

Mobile search types — lookup-Mobile and search-Mobile combined — account for roughly 39% of org audit searches. That’s a notably high mobile fraction, suggesting significant patrol-car or handheld device use rather than desktop portal queries.

Drugs and narcotics represent the largest reason category by a wide margin. “Drugs/Narcotics -” (672 records with this prefix alone) plus dozens of sub-reason variants (“drug,” “narcotics,” “narco,” “drug investigation,” and others) push the narcotics-coded total above 900 records.

Wanted-person searches across multiple variants total roughly 500 records. Investigation (“investigation,” “Investigation,” “investage,” and others) accounts for ~600. Stolen-property strings (“stolen,” “Stolen,” “STOLEN,” “stolen vehicle,” “Stolen vehicle,” and others) total roughly 600. BOLO/bolo accounts for 253 records. Fleeing and eluding variants reach ~300. Larceny and theft strings add ~180+. “Info” and “info” together total ~270 — a common informal reason string that appears across many deployments.

#Network audit

  • Type: Network audit
  • Timespan: Apr 2023 – May 2026 (~37 months)
  • Records: ~36,830,000 (41 monthly files)
  • Organizations: 6,000–8,000 estimated

This is one of the largest single-agency datasets we’ve published, covering more than three years of continuous Flock network access. Four monthly network audit files are empty in the provided data (Dec 2023, Jan–Feb 2024, Dec 2024); those months appear as gaps in the chart below.

Network search volume grew steadily through 2023, accelerated sharply in 2024 (from ~360K/month to ~1M/month), and has held above 1.3M/month since January 2025. The yellow line shows Tifton PD’s own org audit search volume on the right axis — note the separate jump from ~100–250/month in 2023–2024 to 400–970/month starting in 2025, suggesting a significant expansion of the department’s own Flock usage alongside the network growth.

Mobile search types (lookup-Mobile + search-Mobile) account for roughly 18.4% of network queries — above average compared to other deployments we’ve examined.

Counts estimated from 100,000-row samples across five monthly files (Apr 2025, Sep 2025, Jan 2026, Mar 2026). Houston TX PD leads by a substantial margin — consistent with its pattern as the highest-volume Flock network user across many deployments we’ve examined.

Georgia agencies dominate the top fifteen: Gwinnett County PD (#2), Atlanta PD (#4), Sandy Springs PD (#5), DeKalb County PD (#6), Cobb County PD (#9), Cherokee County SO (#12), and Coweta County SO (#14) reflect the I-75 corridor connecting metro Atlanta to Tifton and continuing toward the Florida state line. Together these seven Georgia agencies account for roughly 18% of sampled network searches.

#Immigration enforcement

An estimated 8,000–10,000 network audit searches reference immigration enforcement activity (HSI or ICE) in their reason field across the 37-month span. See the immigration report for details.

Counts from 400,000-row samples across five monthly files. Banks County GA SO and Lowndes County GA SO appear here as they do across multiple other Georgia-networked Flock deployments. Cartersville GA PD — a Bartow County city in northwest Georgia — appears as an immigration search partner in this network but less commonly in others.
