A new report is now available: Dropdown Reasons.

Flock provides agencies with standardized dropdown options for documenting why they searched a plate. This report shows which options are being used, and by whom.

Reasons are grouped by category—Violent Crimes, Property Crimes, Traffic/Vehicle-Related, and others—so you can see at a glance what types of justifications dominate.

Expand any reason to see the agencies that use it. Click an agency name for a breakdown of their reason usage, or follow the link to view their audit logs filtered by that reason.

Note

Dropdown data is not separately reported in audit logs. This report identifies dropdown values based on the format of the “reason” field—results may be incomplete or “junk” dropdowns may appear.
