#Boonsboro MD PD

Boonsboro MD PD serves the town of Boonsboro, Maryland — a Washington County community of roughly 3,300 residents about 75 miles northwest of Washington, D.C., near Hagerstown.

#Organization audit

  • Type: Organization audit
  • Timespan: Sep 16, 2025 – Apr 22, 2026 (~7 months)
  • Records: 335
  • Search types: search (262, 78%), lookup (73, 22%)

Only three officers appear in the audit logs: James Rogers (146 searches), Amy Rudy (104), and William Gilbert (85). This is one of the smallest Flock deployments we’ve seen by officer count.

Hit-and-run investigations account for the largest share of searches (roughly 80 records across several reason-string variants including “hit and run investigation,” “hit and run/car accident,” and “hit and run/car accident - accident hit and run”). Burglary and breaking-and-entering follows (31), with larceny and theft spread across several wordings totaling roughly 70 records. A number of reason strings include “(wcso)” — Washington County Sheriff’s Office — suggesting active shared investigation work between the two agencies.

11 searches are labeled “test,” mixing system-testing activity into the audit record.
