Feature delete: alpr.watch

The alpr.watch integration (“Nearby meetings” feature) has been removed. It is unclear exactly what happened, but the site has not been updated for a while and the project’s efforts to reach the maintainer have so far been unsuccessful. Should it return, the integration may be restored.
